Andersen Racing Acquires
Kart Team/Dealer DL Racing

PALMETTO, Fla., Dec. 23
- Andersen Racing's involvement in kart racing
instantly expanded yesterday by its acquisition of DL Racing, a kart team/dealer
that was already based at Andersen RacePark, the 1-mile road course Andersen
Racing owns in Palmetto, Fla.

Personnel from that former team will now operate Andersen RacePark's retail
kart business and will assist Barry and Brian Fletcher with Andersen Racing's
kart prep services and the operation of Andersen Racing's professional kart
team.

With the acquisition, Andersen Racing also instantly becomes dealers for Tony
Kart, CRG, Rotax, Vortex and many other kart brands.

Andersen Racing will field four karts at the Daytona Kart Week World Karting
Association (WKA) event Dec. 27-30 at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway,
and even more for the Florida Winter Tour. The drivers initially representing
the team at Daytona include Tim Bambu of Sebring, Fla.; Tyler Schule, and the
father-son duo of Robert and Dillon Garcia. The latter three are from the St.
Petersburg, Fla.-area. A fifth driver and kart may be added.

"The staff of DL Racing are experienced and professional," said team co-owner
Dan Andersen. "Derrick Lesinski, DL Racing's owner, began working for us
yesterday. We expect him and the other members of his team to build a bright
future for themselves at Andersen Racing."

Andersen Racing offers one of the most comprehensive driver development
programs in open-wheel racing. In 2009 it plans to field multiple entries in
karting, Formula BMW, Star Mazda and the Firestone Indy Lights Series. The team,
which is sponsored by Allied Building Products Corporation, is the official
development team of Rahal Letterman Racing, which competes in IndyCar and the
American Le Mans Series.
